Our Program
A safe, structured environment designed for stability and growth.
Our homes run on mutual accountability and shared responsibility. Everyone living in the house — residents and staff alike — is working toward the same thing: steady progress and a stable place to build from.
Structured Living
Structure is what makes stability possible.
A predictable routine, clear expectations, and people around you who understand the road you're on — that combination is what gives residents room to focus on their next steps instead of surviving day to day.
Peer support
Residents connect with peers facing similar challenges, forming a network built on mutual growth and accountability.
Community expectations
A respectful, structured environment where personal responsibility and community integrity form the daily foundation.

Rules & Accountability
Clear rules, applied consistently.
Our house rules and accountability framework aren't there to police anyone. They're what makes a safe, respectful, growth-oriented community possible for everyone living in it.
Drug & alcohol free
A strict drug-free and alcohol-free environment. Residents remain sober and accountable at all times — this is the foundation everything else rests on.
Respect & dignity
Respect is the foundation of our home. It's what fosters dignity, personal responsibility, and a household people are glad to live in.
House meetings
Regular meetings for accountability and growth, where residents share progress, discuss challenges, and support one another.
Resident responsibilities
Maintaining a clean living space, following curfews, and actively participating in growth programs and community life.
Resident Growth
Taking ownership of your own life.
We don't do the work for our residents — we give them the conditions where they can do it themselves. Every expectation in our homes is rooted in accountability and aimed at long-term independence.
That means real responsibilities, real support, and a home where progress is noticed and encouraged rather than assumed.
Apply for HousingEmployment & education
We encourage meaningful work and academic opportunities, and provide stability and support while residents pursue them.
Personal responsibility
Residents keep a clean, safe, and respectful living space — the daily habits that carry into independent living.
Community & growth
Mutual support and shared growth, so residents move forward with confidence instead of alone.

Daily Life
What a typical week looks like.
Every home has its own rhythm, but the structure is consistent. Here's the shape of it.
Specific curfew times, chore rotations, and meeting schedules are covered during orientation, so residents know exactly what to expect before they move in.
Have questions about how our homes work?
We're happy to walk you through the details before you apply or refer someone — no pressure either way.
